Education Fund

The Educatiopn Fund, established by the League of Women Voters of Florida in 1972, is operated solely for educational purposes, particularly to help people understand and participate in their government. The Education Fund, a 501 (c) (3) organization, is a non-profit, incorporated public foundation, whose officers and directors are identical to those of the League of Women Voters of Florida. The Education Fund works to make the often-complicated political process more easily understood through non-partisan voter information, public forums, programs and publications.

The Education Fund is supported by corporations, foundations and individuals who believe in its non-partisan voter service and citizen education activities. The Education Fund can accept gifts, grants, bequests and other contributions, which are deductible by the donor for income and estate tax purposes.
